Sunday Morning Programs

Sunday School (9:45 am) ~ Preschool through 12th grade classes are organized by age.  During the Sunday School hour, students sing songs of praise to the Lord, memorize scripture verses and learn from the Bible. The unfolding story of salvation is the focal point of Scripture, from Genesis to Revelation. Showing Jesus, who came to seek and save the lost, pervades all of our teaching. God's covenant of grace is a key thread that ties the Bible together. We build on this theme to teach all ages about his constant promise to be our God.

Nursery is provided for all Sunday morning activities.  We also provide nursery coverage for many additional programs throughout the week.

Children's Activities, Clubs and Programs

The following events and programs are designed to help all ages grow and mature in the Christian faith:

Catechism Kids: Boys and girls ages 3 1/2 and up are invited to Catechism Kids for a morning of fun activities centering on the learning of the Westminster Children's Catechism.  The Westminster Catechism is a list of questions and answers that help students learn important biblical truths in a short memorable form. This group meets on Tuesday from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m.  This conveniently coincides with the Women's Tuesday morning Bible Study.

Scooter Club: Boys and girls age 3 through Kindergarten are invited to Scooter Club to enjoy a time of stories, games and puppetry based on favorite Bible passages.  The children actively participate in the dramatization of Bible stories. The club meets from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesdays during Fellowship Night.

ROCKS and GEMS: These two Christian fellowship clubs are for students in the 1st through 5th grades and meet on Wednesdays from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. during Fellowship Night.  Programs are designed to teach about faithful discipleship to Jesus through crafts, stories, games, service activities and devotions from God's Word. GEMS, our girl’s club works on badges throughout the year. The Pinewood Derby is a highlight for ROCKS, our boy’s club.

Vacation Bible School: VBS is held the last week of June and fills the children's hearts and minds with life-changing lessons from the Bible.  Registration begins in early June and children and youth preschool through grade 8 are invited to attend!
